Jazzy Jewelry Jones is a sole proprietorship that was founded in 2009. Jazzy Jewelry Jones was at one time a very successful consultant who suffered what doctors from the outset thought would be a fatal stroke. They worked through the night to drain the giant blood clot that covered Jazzy’s entire brain. The stroke was brought on by a combination of prescription drugs. Much to their surprise, she lived through the operation but remained in a coma for over 3 months. Doctors told Jazzy’s family that if she ever did wake up she would be a vegetable, unable to speak, move, or possibly even see. But one day Jazzy did wake up to the sound of doctors and nurses clanging all around her. She could see, move and she really just wanted to go home. She found out she was in a rehabilitation hospital. She spent four months there.

Upon her release Jazzy was tested to assess her readiness to return to work and it was discovered that she had brain damage. The message was delivered in the most cruel and hateful way imaginable and Jazzy was crushed. She came home and sat with her pets (2 dogs, 2 cats and a turtle) for a few days and then decided she would do what she always had. She would succeed even with the brain damage.

She started building JazzyJewelryJones.com. Making jewelry had always been a hobby for her and everyone had always loved her pieces. It took her over a year to get the first site up and it didn’t work all that well at all. But then she was befriended by the employees of a wonderful company and they began to help her. She ditched the old site and they helped her put up a new one. She hopes Jazzy Jewelry Jones is on its way and intends to keep trying. So even if you don’t buy anything, please keep Jazzy in your prayers. She believes that when God closes a door he opens a window. She just needs extra time to crawl through it.

The pieces that you find on this site are made in limited quantities with the exception of the awareness necklaces. Limited means only 5 or 6 of each are made. This means that any piece of jewelry that you buy, you can be sure that you will never ever see anyone else wearing. The designs are original and high quality natural materials are used. The awareness necklaces are to give back to those-in-need because I believe God left me standing for a reason. I’m not yet sure what that reason is. Maybe it is to continue to make jewelry and do volunteer work or maybe it is to do more. Either way if I can help now, I will. Those are available as long as I can get the materials to make them. The profits from these necklaces go to various organizations that do necessary good works.
